Eggrolls with Duck Sauce Recipe Video

Today we are making eggrolls with pork, shrimp,scallion and Chinese cabbage. It is very simple and I will take about 4 minutes to prepare them. Learn how to roll out perfect egg rolls so that the filling does not come out while frying. We will be Making Eggrolls and serving with a delicious duck sauce.

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup ground pork
 
2 tbsp garlic paste
 
1/2 cup shrimps, cut into small pieces
 
3 tbsp precooked Chinese cabbage
 
2 tbsp chopped scallion
 
1 Egg roll wrapper (or as many egg rolls as you need)
 
DUCK SAUCE INGREDIENTS
 
1 tbsp brown sugar
 
2 tbsp apple sauce
 
2 tbsp crushed pineapple
 
1 tbsp wine vinegar

Directions

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and add the pork. Add the garlic pasta and the shrimp. Stir fry.
2. Add the cabbage and scallion, stir fry them.
3. Place the wrapper like a baseball ground.
3. Place a tbsp of filling at the center and spread it a little.
4. Paint the sides of the wrapper with water. take the 1st base and the 3rd base and cross them over and press. place it right over the pitcher's mount.
5. Take the home plate and tuck it up right underneath and roll it over.
6. Heat 2 cups of oil in a wok up to 375 degrees and deep fry the rolls.
7. Take out the roll drain excess of oil.

DUCK SAUCE DIRECTION
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Enjoy with egg roll.
