Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves
2 large garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp pignoli nuts
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup grated romano cheese
Directions
Wash basil leaves properly. Drain on a paper. Put garlic cloves in a food processor. Add salt to the processor. Add nuts. Add washed basil leaves. Add olive oil to the processor. Blend them well. Pour in a bowl. Add Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix them well. Add romano cheese. Mix well. Add butter to the bowl. Mix well. Your Basil Pesto is ready.
