Makhani Fish Curry Recipe
Makhani fish curry is a simple yet spicy fish curry made with fish cooked with cream and garam masala. This makhani fish curry recipe can be prepared in the microwave and is best served with pulao or basmati rice.
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 500 Gram | |
| Tomato puree | 100 Gram | |
| Beaten curd | 50 Gram | |
| Cream fresh | 65 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 30 Gram |
Directions
Heat the butter in a 1 litre medium dish on 100% power for 40 seconds.
Add the Tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and microwave on 100% power for 3 minutes.
Stir once during cooking.
Add the lightly beaten curd and microwave on 100% power for 2 min.
Add the fish fillets.
Mix well and microwave on 100% power for 3 minutes.
Stir two times during cooking.
Finally add the lightly beaten cream.
Mix well and microwave on 60% power for 2 min.
Allow standing, covered with an aluminum foil for 5 min. before serving.

Stir once during cooking.
Add the lightly beaten curd and microwave on 100% power for 2 min.
Add the fish fillets.
Mix well and microwave on 100% power for 3 minutes.
Stir two times during cooking.
Finally add the lightly beaten cream.
Mix well and microwave on 60% power for 2 min.
Allow standing, covered with an aluminum foil for 5 min. before serving.
