actually very interesting I have never seen Hoy Tod made that way is very different in the South my favorite place for Hoy Tod is in Krabi at the night market. I see this video was shot in Bangkok but for sure the lady cooking is not from BKK would be very interesting to know what province she is from Thanks still looks yummy my favorite Thai dish
