1. In a blending jar put all the vegetables. Blend until it turns into puree.
2. Strain the juice.
3. Serve vegetables juice in a glass.
You can keep this in the refrigerator for 2 days in a closed glass container. It is better to drink it immediately but if that is not possible you can still reap benefits even 2 days later.
