Ingredients

 
Mayonnaise
 
Miracle whip
 
Dry Ranch dressing mix
 
Onion
 
Red potatoes
 
Bacon
 
Celery
 
Fresh parsley or dry parsley
 
1 1/4 cup milk
 
Salt

Directions

Wash and clean 14 medium to large size potatoes.
Put half of the potatoes in a zip lock bag, add 1/4 cup water and cook in microwave. Cook until they are done. When they are done, remove and let them cool down. Cook the rest of the potatoes in the same bag.
Boil the eggs.
Fry the bacon in a pan.
Cool down the potatoes and chop them with the skin on.
Chop a cup full of celery, one onion and some fresh parsley.
Crush or chop the boiled eggs.
To the chopped potatoes, add a little salt and toss. Then add celery, onion, eggs, bacon and the dressing.
Toss it up lightly, add little mayonnaise if the salad seems to be dry.
Add little more salt to taste.
Garnish with bacon and fresh parsley.

Ranch Dressing Direction
Mix 2 cups of mayonnaise, ranch dressing mixture and 1 1/4 cup milk.
