Majestic Layered Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 pound fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| Mushrooms | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 small purple onion, sliced and separated into rings | ||
| Frozen peas package | 1 , drained | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
Directions
Layer torn spinach, sliced mushrooms, onion rings, and English peas in a 2 1/2-quart salad bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and curry powder, mix well.
Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
Cover salad tightly, and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Uncover salad and sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
