Ingredients

 3/4 kg prawns, shelled, cleaned and deveined or any other fish
 8 medium-sized onions, grated
 Tomato ketchup3 Tablespoon
 Juice of one lime
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Sugar to taste
 Salt To Taste
 4 tbsp sesame seed oil or ghee
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm) (Grind together in a little Valsad vinegar:)
 6-8 dry Goa red chillies
 Cumin seeds2 Teaspoon (Grind together in a little Valsad vinegar:)

Directions

Marinate prawns with salt and lime juice for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ground spices and fry well.
Add prawns and simmer till done.
Add a little vinegar, salt, sugar and tomato ketchup.
Serve hot with boiled rice and plain dal.
