Drawn butter sauce- 2 cups
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Egg yolks- 2
Salt and pepper- to taste

MAKING
1.In a boiler, add the lemon juice and chopped parsley to the drawn butter sauce
2.Now let it cool slightly, then add the beaten yolks and season with salt and pepper
3.Boil the mixture but make sure not to permit the sauce to boil after the addition of the egg yolk
