Directions

Heat butter or margarine in small skillet.
Saute lobster meat in butter for about 5 minutes.
Scald milk; season with salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne.
Add lobster meat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Let stand for a while before serving.

I'm sure this recipe is delish - it sounds like a lovely blend. That said, the only spice you'll find in a real Maine lobster stew is salt and pepper. :) We also use either half and half, or a mix of cream and whole milk, and a half stick of butter or so. You won't find a "real Mainuh" eating this with rice - it's homemade biscuits or oyster crackers. Like I said, no knocks to this recipe, but if you are looking for the real deal, this ain't it!
