Ingredients

 Lettuce5 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frozen peas package1 , thawed
 Celery2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1/4 pound, sliced
 Cherry tomatoes1/2 pound, halved
 Ham slice2 , cut into thin strips
 Swiss Cheese slice2 , cut into thin strips
 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
 Tangy Red Dressing

Directions

Combine all ingredients except Tangy Red Dressing in a large bowl, reserving some of the mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, cheese, and eggs for garnish, toss gently.
Arrange reserved ingredients on top of salad.
Serve with Tangy Red Dressing.
