Main-Dish Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 , thawed | |
| Celery | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1/4 pound, sliced | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 1/2 pound, halved | |
| Ham slice | 2 , cut into thin strips | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 2 , cut into thin strips | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Tangy Red Dressing | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Tangy Red Dressing in a large bowl, reserving some of the mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, cheese, and eggs for garnish, toss gently.
Arrange reserved ingredients on top of salad.
Serve with Tangy Red Dressing.
