Ingredients
1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
4 Ige. carrots, chopped
3 c. cooked pinto beans, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can luncheon meat, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine cabbage, carrots, beans, eggs, meat and onion.
Blend mustard, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Chill for several hours before serving.
