1)In a saucepan, add cauliflower in salted water and cook until jut tender. Drain.
2)Take a 2-quart casserole and put the cauliflower.
3)In a small saucepan, heat butter and add flour stir for 30 seconds.
4)Add milk slowly and stir constantly. Cook until thickened.
5)Add cheese and stir continuously.
6)Spread ham on cauliflower and then pour cheese sauce.
7)In a small saucepan, melt butter and fold in breadcrumbs.
8)Spread them over cheese sauce and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
9)Serve Main Dish Cauliflower hot.
