Ingredients

 2 craps shredded romaine lettuce
 Spinach leaves2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
 1 dozen cooked, shelled, and deveined shrimp
 4 thin carrot sticks
 Ripe olives4
 1 tomato, cat into wedges
 Basil1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill weed
 Lemon juice to taste
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Combine the romaine and spinach in a salad bowl. Add the oil and toss until all the leaves glisten.
2. Add egg, shrimp, carrot sticks, olives, tomato, basil, and dill. Toss. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
