Main Dish Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 craps shredded romaine lettuce | ||
| Spinach leaves | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped | ||
| 1 dozen cooked, shelled, and deveined shrimp | ||
| 4 thin carrot sticks | ||
| Ripe olives | 4 | |
| 1 tomato, cat into wedges | ||
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill weed | ||
| Lemon juice to taste | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Combine the romaine and spinach in a salad bowl. Add the oil and toss until all the leaves glisten.
2. Add egg, shrimp, carrot sticks, olives, tomato, basil, and dill. Toss. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
