Ingredients

 Greens6 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 5 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced thin
 1 10-ounce package frozen peas
 Shredded Swiss cheese2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup bacon bits, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
 1/4 cup sliced green onion with tops
 Paprika

Directions

Place half the greens into a large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer eggs on top of greens and sprinkle again with salt and pepper.
Place remaining greens on top, then add peas, cheese, and bacon bits in order.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over top.
Cover well and chill about 24 hours.
Toss well before serving.
Garnish with green onion and paprika.
