Directions
1. Place onions and half a cup oil in a vessel over a low fire and cook till soft and pink. Add the garlic, cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Cook for two minutes and add the rice flour. Mix vigorously for two minutes and add three cups of water and allow to boil. Taste for salt.
2. Place the salted Bombay ducks in the boiling gravy for five to seven minutes and remove from the fire. Sprinkle the coriander on top of the gravy.
