Mahi Mahi Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound mahi mahi
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Minced parsley
Directions
Wash the mahi mahi and pat dry.
Remove the skin.
Cut the fish into one-inch pieces.
Dip in flour on both sides.
In a mixing bowl lightly beat the eggs and stir in the milk, mixing well.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Dip the fish in the egg-milk mixture and fry in very hot butter over high heat, turning them only once.
Then reduce heat and fry until golden brown.
Transfer mahi mahi to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve hot.
