Ingredients

 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Onion1 , chopped
 Tomatoes4 , chopped
 1 green or red bell pepper, chopped, or 1 green chile pepper, chopped
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 1 lb. mahi mahi, cut in 1-inch cubes
 Toasted almonds2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet add oil to heat.
2) Add garlic and onions to sauté.
3) Add tomatoes, peppers or green chiles and parsley.
4) Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5) Add cinnamon and stir in.
6) Place fish cubes, cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve the preparation by sprinkling with almonds.
