Mahi Mahi Espanol Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 4 , chopped | |
| 1 green or red bell pepper, chopped, or 1 green chile pepper, chopped | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb. mahi mahi, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Toasted almonds | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet add oil to heat.
2) Add garlic and onions to sauté.
3) Add tomatoes, peppers or green chiles and parsley.
4) Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5) Add cinnamon and stir in.
6) Place fish cubes, cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve the preparation by sprinkling with almonds.
