Directions

Wash and boil dal till it becomes soft.
Heat pan on a medium high add ghee and oil.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, add dal and water.
Add chopped tomatoes, kokum, jaggery and cook for 5 mts.
Add corriandar powder, red chilli powder, goda masala, salt, mix and cook for 10 mts.
Add fresh grated coconut, mix and garnish with corriandar leaves.
