Maharaja Keema Recipe
Maharaja Keema has a royal taste. The fusion of ginger, chilli and turmeric powder gives the Maharaja Keema a brilliant taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp lightly fried onion and garlic | ||
| 1/2 tsp roasted and pounded cummin seeds | ||
| Ginger | 1 Inch, finely chopped | |
| Chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Meat | 500 Gram, minced | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Jaggery | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sultanas | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts or almonds | ||
| Garam masala powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves | ||
Directions
Place oil, onion and garlic and cummin seeds in a covered bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in ginger, chilli and turmeric powder, cover and microwave again for 1 minute.
Stir in mince and water and microwave covered for 20 minutes, stirring in between.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 10 minutes stirring in between, until dry.
If it becomes too dry mix in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
