Magical Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
| 16 ounces drained cooked chick-peas | ||
| Scallions (green and white) | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sesame seed paste | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| Four 1-ounce pitas, cut into quarters | ||
Directions
In food processor, process all ingredients except pitas and parsley until well blended.
