Ingredients

 16 ounces drained cooked chick-peas
 Scallions (green and white)1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sesame seed paste1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Juice of 2 lemons
 Four 1-ounce pitas, cut into quarters

Directions

In food processor, process all ingredients except pitas and parsley until well blended.
