 Seasoned Flour
 Egg-Buttermilk Wash
 Vegetable or peanut oil for deep-frying

Directions

Make Seasoned Flour and Egg-Buttermilk Wash; reserve.
Peel onions and slice each onion into 3/8- to 1/2-inch rounds.
Separate into rings.
Lightly dust with Vegetable Magic.
In large heavy skillet or deep-fryer, heat 2 inches oil to 350°F.
When oil reaches 350°F, coat onion rings with Seasoned Flour and then drop into Egg-Buttermilk Wash.
Place coated rings back in Seasoned Flour to recoat and shake off excess flour.
Fry in batches in hot oil, turning as needed to brown evenly, 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
