Madrilene Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups stock, seasoned
1/2 cup turnip, chopped
3 cups tomatoes, stewed
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 sprig parsley
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 sprig thyme
Directions
Cook all ingredients together slowly until vegetables and their-juices have thoroughly flavored stock.
Strain.
Chill.
Garnish with Sprouts.
