MADRAS FRUIT CURRY Recipe

 Bananas6
 Apples6 Large
 Onions2 Large
 Curry powder1 Tablespoon
 Ginger1 Inch
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Yogurt/1/2 cup boiling water1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Tomatoes6
 Cloves2
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon stick1
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon

Directions

Heat oil, fry sliced onions lightly and add sliced apple, fry for 5 minutes.
Add the curry powder, sliced ginger and peeled whole bananas and fry 3 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer with lid on for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice and a green salad.
