 4 slices brown bread
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 Lettuce leaves4
 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Whipping cream2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 1 dessert apple
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Toast bread slices and spread butter on them; cover with mayo and place a lettuce leaf on top of each slice
2. Arrange the chicken pieces on lettuce
3. In a bowl, whip cream with curry powder till thick; spoon it over the chicken
4. Peel and core the apple; grate abd mix with lemon juice

SERVING
5. Place grated apple on top of the cream and serve
