Ingredients

 1 tall can mackerel
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Tablespoon

Directions

Turn mackerel into 2-quart saucepan; break into chunks with fork.
Add water, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
