 4 mackeral, cleaned, and gutted
 Carrot1 , peeled
 Onion1 , peeled
 Lemon1/2 , cut in half
 5 ml / 1 tsp thyme
 15 g / 1/2 oz butter
 200 ml / 7 fl oz dry white wine
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large casserole dish and arrange the mackeral in it.
2) Add onion, carrot, butter, thyme, and lemon pieces.
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and drizzle white wine.
4) Cover the dish and cook on power for 7 minutes on power, turning the fish half way through cooking.

SERVING
5) Allow to cool and serve.
