Mackerel In Mustard Sauce Recipe
|Dressed mackerel||2 1⁄2 Pound (1 Fish)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided|
|Dijon mustard||1 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Freshly ground pepper to taste||To Taste|

Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt; let stand 15 minutes.
Drain and dry fish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Spread over fish.
Loosely wrap fish in foil or parchment paper; place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F.
for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily at the touch of a fork.
