Mackerel In Cider Recipe
Ingredients
2 mackerel
1 1/2 cups cider
Salt and pepper
Directions
Steep the mackerel in the cider overnight. (The acid in the cider counteracts the oil in the fish.)
Dry the fish, make 3 diagonal gashes on each side, and broil.
