Machhi Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiled potatoes | 2 Large, mashed | |
| 1 cup cooked boneless fish OR 185 g can tuna in brine, drained. | ||
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Breadcrumbs to coat | ||
| Safflower oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut garlic chutney, to serve | ||
Directions
Combine potato, fish, ginger, garlic, salt, chilli, coriander.
Adjust salt, chilli to taste.
Shape into 10 oval patties.
Dipin egg, coat with breadcrumbs, place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat oil in nonstick fry pan over medium heat, brown patties on both sides.
