Ingredients

 Boiled potatoes2 Large, mashed
 1 cup cooked boneless fish OR 185 g can tuna in brine, drained.
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, minced
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, minced
 Chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Coriander1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Egg1 , beaten
 Breadcrumbs to coat
 Safflower oil2 Tablespoon
 Coconut garlic chutney, to serve

Directions

Combine potato, fish, ginger, garlic, salt, chilli, coriander.
Adjust salt, chilli to taste.
Shape into 10 oval patties.
Dipin egg, coat with breadcrumbs, place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat oil in nonstick fry pan over medium heat, brown patties on both sides.
