Ingredients

 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet vermouth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 piece cinnamon bark
 1 pineapple, peeled and cut in wedges
 3 navel oranges, peeled and cut in sections
 Large bunch grapes, seeded

Directions

Combine sugar, water, vermouth and cinnamon bark, bring to the boil, cover and let stand for 1 hour. Pour the liquid over the prepared fruit and marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving. Serves 6.
