Macedoine Of Fruit In Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet vermouth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 piece cinnamon bark | ||
| 1 pineapple, peeled and cut in wedges | ||
| 3 navel oranges, peeled and cut in sections | ||
| Large bunch grapes, seeded | ||
Directions
Combine sugar, water, vermouth and cinnamon bark, bring to the boil, cover and let stand for 1 hour. Pour the liquid over the prepared fruit and marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving. Serves 6.
