Ingredients
| Carrots | 1/2 Pint, diced | |
| 1 eggyolk | ||
| Turnips | 1/4 Pint, diced | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Peas | 1/2 Pint | |
| 1/2 pt. Vegetable Sauce | ||
Directions
Boil the vegetables and make the sauce.
Add the egg to the sauce and cook for a minute or two.
Combine sauce and vegetables and serve with chopped parsley sprinkled over.
