Macedoine Of Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pt. diced carrots
1 eggyolk
1/4 pt. diced turnips
Chopped parsley
1/2 pt. peas
1/2 pt. Vegetable Sauce
Directions
Boil the vegetables and make the sauce.
Add the egg to the sauce and cook for a minute or two.
Combine sauce and vegetables and serve with chopped parsley sprinkled over.
