Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 2 Large | |
| Brown sugar-3/4 cup well packed | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans-3 cups-finely chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites still stiff
2. Add the brown and white sugar and mix well
3. Add pecans to the mix
4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture on to a ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve warm or cold
