|Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grape nuts cereal flakes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Coconut/3 cups post toasties / post 40% bran flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bakers)|

Add sugars gradually, creaming until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased heavy paper on baking sheet.
(Or use greased baking sheet.) Bake in moderate oven (350Â°F.) for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from paper or baking sheet at once.
