Macaroon Ice Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Marshmallows | 1/2 Pound | |
| Bourbon | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 24 almond macaroons | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Pint, Whipped | |
Directions
Cut marshmallows into quarters; soak in bourbon until dissolved.
Crush macaroons; fold into whipped cream.
Add marshmallow mixture.
Chill.
Serve over ice cream.
