Macaroon Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar- as required | ||
| Vanilla- as required | ||
| Macaroons- 18 | ||
| Maraschino cherries | 6 | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Whip a cup of cream until stiff, sweeten with powdered sugar and flavor lightly with vanilla.
2.Stir in six macaroons broken in small pieces, but not powdered.
3.Pile in sherbet glasses with a border of the whole macaroons and decorate with marshmallows or maraschino cherries.
SERVING
4.Serve with garlic bread

This is an excellent emergency dessert.
