Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
 
2 medium tomatoes, chopped and drained
 
1 cup frozen English peas, thawed and drained
 
8 ounces cooked ham, cut into strips
 
3/4 cup commercial buttermilk-style salad dressing
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
 
Spinach leaves (optional)

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.
Rinse with cold water, and drain again.
Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients except spinach; gently toss.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
To serve, spoon macaroni mixture into the center of spinach-lined platter, if desired.
