Macaroni -Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Green peppers | 6 To taste | |
| 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Pound, grated | |
| 1 c. cooked tomatoes | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| American Cheese | 1/2 Pound, grated | |
Directions
"Cut slice from top of each pepper; remove seeds.
Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients, except 1/3 of the cheese; fill peppers with mixture.
Stand peppers up- right in pan; sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
