Ingredients

 Hot cooked macaroni4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Lemon juice/Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion/1 cup diced green onion1 Small, finely chopped
 Diced green celery1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hard cooked eggs2
 Minced green pepper/Pimento2 Tablespoon
 Sweet pickles4 , sliced
 Carrots4 Small, shredded or chopped
 Canned shrimp1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 French dressing/Salad dressing1 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine hot macaroni, oil and lemon juice.
Chill thoroughly.
Add other ingredients, using just enough dressing to moisten.
Chill and serve.
