Macaroni-Shrimp Salad Recipe

| Hot cooked macaroni | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice/Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion/1 cup diced green onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Diced green celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 2 | |
| Minced green pepper/Pimento | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sweet pickles | 4 , sliced | |
| Carrots | 4 Small, shredded or chopped | |
| Canned shrimp | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| French dressing/Salad dressing | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine hot macaroni, oil and lemon juice.
Chill thoroughly.
Add other ingredients, using just enough dressing to moisten.
Chill and serve.
