Macaroni Pudding Recipe
Macaroni Pudding is a delicious and unique sweet dish. I have a sweet tooth and this dish is one of my favorites! Try this Macaroni Pudding recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
| Macaroni | 125 Gram | |
| Sugar | 150 Gram | |
| Cornflour | 50 Gram | |
| Apple jam or jelly - 2 tsps | ||
| Red colour - 1 tsp | ||
| Wax paper | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla essence | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Castor sugar - 1 tbsp | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a pan, boil water with 1 tsp of salt.
2 Add in the macaroni and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes or until the marcaroni is tender.
3 Remove from the heat and drain.
4 Rinse with cold water.
5 In another pan, boil the milk.
6 In a bowl, mix cornflour and sugar with 1/2 cup of water to a soft paste.
7 Gradually add to the boiling milk.
8 Stir constantly until thick.
9 Add in the boiled macaroni and vanilla essence, mix well.
10 Transfer to a serving dish and keep in a cool place.
11 Allow to set.
SERVING
12 Decorate with whipped cream using a rosette tube and make coils with jam or jelly mixed with red color.
