Macaroni-Lobster Salad Recipe

Salt
 
8-oz. shell macaroni
 
3 c. diced cooked
 
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
 
1/2 c. sour cream
 
Chicory leaves
 
lobster
 
1 c. sliced celery
 
1 c. diced cucumber
 
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

Add 1 tablespoon salt to 3 quarts rapidly boiling water in large saucepan.
Add macaroni gradually so that water continues to boil.
Cook, stirring occasion- ally, until tender.
Drain in colander.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Combine macaroni, lobster, cel- ery, cucumber, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, 1 teaspoon salt, mustard and hot sauce.
Chill until serving time.
Stir in sour cream; serve on crisp chic- ory leaves.
