Macaroni-Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups uncooked seashell macaroni | ||
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cooked chicken | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup sweet pickle cubes | ||
| 1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.
Rinse and drain again.
Combine macaroni, celery, chicken, onion, green pepper, pickles, and olives.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Spoon over salad, toss gently.
Cover and chill.
