Macaroni And Cheese A La King In Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1(10-ounce) can mushroom soup
1 cup commercial sour cream
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup diced pimento
2 tablespoons pimento juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 cup crushed bacon-flavored crackers
Directions
Combine all ingredients except crackers, and spread mixture in a greased baking dish.
Add about 1/2 cup milk if you want a moister consistency.
Sprinkle with crackers, and bake at 350°F. 35-40 minutes.
