Macaroni And Beef Dinner Recipe
This Macaroni and Beef Dinner caught my fancy at a friend's party! I haven't tasted a better combination of macaroni with beef and mushormms. Why don't you try the dish yourself and see what I mean?
Ingredients
| Elbow macaroni | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, diced | |
| 1 clove garlic, mashed fine | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.
In medium skillet saute meat, onions, and garlic in oil.
Add rest of ingredients in order given.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for a few minutes.
Add cooked macaroni, simmer for 5 minutes more.
Serve at once.
