1 pound macaroni
 
Boiling salted water
 
1/4 cup melted butter
 
1 pound Ricotta cheese
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook macaroni until barely tender.
Drain and mix with melted butter.
Blend the Ricotta cheese with milk and salt.
Mix with the macaroni, cover, and cook very slowly for 5 minutes.
