Macaroni With Chicken And Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Macaroni | 3/4 Pound | |
| Cooked chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted | |
| 3 tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash of nutmeg | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Combine and bring to a boil and cook for approx 5 minutes over a low heat.
Stir into above and remove from heat.
Add to above, add macaroni, and stir.
