Macaroni Valletta Recipe
Macaroni Valetta is easy to cook recipe. Macaroni Valetta gets it taste from macaroni and meat cooked in white sauce.
Ingredients
| 4-6 oz. quick cooking macaroni | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 , sliced | |
| 3-4 oz. ham or corned beef | ||
| Fat | 1 Ounce | |
| White sauce | 3/4 Pint | |
| 3-4 oz. mushrooms cut in large slices | ||
Directions
Put macaroni in boiling salted water.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile heat fat in frying pan and cook mushrooms, then the tomatoes.
Make white sauce and, when boiled and quite smooth, heat chopped ham in this.
Drain macaroni, mix with sauce and fried mushrooms.
Pile into hot dish and decorate with fried tomatoes.
Spaghetti may be used instead of macaroni in this recipe.
