Macaroni Salmon Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 7 1/4- or 8-ounce package macaroni and cheese dinner mix | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 16-ounce can salmon, drained and broken into chunks | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cook macaroni from dinner mix according to package directions; drain.
In skillet combine cooked macaroni, the cheese from dinner mix, milk, and butter or margarine.
Stir in salmon, undrained mushrooms, parsley, paprika, and mustard.
Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream and wine; heat through.
