Ingredients

 Elbow macaroni4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Celery and green pepper - 1/2 cup each, chopped
 Scallions and parsley - 1/4 cup each, finely chopped
 Wine vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Caviar4 Tablespoon
 Crisp salad greens

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container combine macaroni with vegetables.
2. Into the mayonnaise stir vinegar along with caviar.
3. Add to the macaroni mixture, mix well and chill for 2-3 hours.

SERVING
4. Serve on salad greens.
