Easy Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 7-ounce package elbow macaroni | ||
| 1 cup mayonnaise or Boiled Salad Dressing | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickle | ||
| Olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Crisp lettuce | ||
Directions
1. Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water; chill thoroughly.
2. Mix mayonnaise, onion, parsley, pickle, olives, mustard and celery seeds. If dressing is too thick, thin it with 1 or 2 tablespoons of juice from the pickles.
3. Add the dressing to chilled macaroni and toss together until each piece of macaroni is well coated with dressing. Arrange on salad greens.
